Academic/life coaching for teens

Key Coaching helps teens develop executive functioning skills, resulting in the confidence and resilience they need in school and in life. We focus on skills such as: organization, time management, study habits, planning, prioritizing, goal setting, and building routines. We also help teens with emotional regulation, how to deal with stress and overwhelm, and college readiness.

It’s not math or reading that’s the issue; it’s weak executive functioning skills that get in the way of your teen’s success. Luckily, with key coaching, there’s no need to stress any further.

From a client, Brad:

Your tips & tricks helped me to lock in and pass my certification exam the first time. Before I would be stressed and procrastinate. This time I was calm and confident.
