6 SESSIONS + INITIAL EVALUATION
One on one coaching in person (Parker, CO) or virtual. Start with an initial evaluation and plan development. Meet weekly to develop skills, reflect on wins and unlock what’s possible!

Signature Coaching
3 MONTHS + COMMUNITY ACCESS
Initial evaluation and plan development in the group setting. Follow along with on demand content at your own pace. Participate in live Q&A and coaching sessions, with different sessions for adults and teens. Access to our parent/teen app for the duration of this package.

VIP Coaching
6 MONTHS OF INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES
Initial evaluation and plan development in a one on one setting. Three 1:1 sessions + one family session each month. Access to group coaching, Q&As, private community and parent teen app for the duration of this package.
