College Executive Function Coaching

Three levels of support. Every one starts with a diagnostic and a semester road map.

College assumes your student already has the systems. Nobody hands them a bell schedule, a syllabus quietly becomes the whole semester, and “whenever” turns into 2 a.m. If they’re bright and capable but the structure isn’t there yet, that’s coachable — and it’s the work I do, virtually, around their timetable.

A diagnostic and a semester road map

Before any coaching begins, we find out what’s actually happening — where the systems are working, where they’re breaking, and what this particular semester is going to demand. Every package below starts here.

The initial diagnostic

A full read on your student’s executive functioning — what they’re already good at, and what’s getting in the way of the rest.

The semester road map

Every syllabus turned into one plan: the deadlines, the crunch weeks, the projects that will sneak up, and what to do about each one.

How I work with your student

They do the work. I make sure they can.

College is where students learn to grow, make mistakes, and recover from them. That’s not a flaw in the design — it’s the point. So I coach, I build systems, and I stay in their corner, but I don’t do the work for them. The doing is where the growth happens. Parents usually make the call to start — but the student has to be in. This works when they want it to.

My guarantee

Within the scope of their package, your student will have every tool, system, and support they need to do their best work. What they build with it is theirs — and that’s the part that lasts.

You decide how much I share

At the start, your student and you set the communication plan together — how much of what happens in our sessions I pass along to you. Everything, milestones only, or somewhere in between.

One exception, always

If I believe a student is in danger, I call their parents. That one isn’t negotiable, and every student knows it going in.

Coaching, not tutoring

I don’t re-teach the course. I build the planning, time management, and follow-through that get the course done.
