Why do I need a life coach?

A life coach provides one on one, personalized coaching for teens and young adults in the area(s) of life in which they are struggling or stuck. Key Coaching will help you to move past what is getting in the way of you having full confidence and satisfaction. If that is something that interests you, then life coaching is for you!

How does life coaching work?

Key Coaching will work with the individual to identify area(s) where they’d like to make a difference. Then, a personalized program will be designed that targets the identified area(s). Participants will meet once a week for 50 minutes to discuss, make plans and set goals. The coaching is designed so that participants will have breakthroughs in those areas of life and unlock their full potential and discover what is possible in their life!

What if I’m not sure that life coaching is for me?

Key Coaching offers a free consultation call for anyone interested in seeing if this is the program for you. You will meet a coach, share a little about yourself and learn how the coaching will go. After, you can decide if Key Coaching is the program for you!

What if I am a parent, struggling with my teenager?

Key Coaching also provides coaching for parents. Parents can opt for individual coaching for themselves or opting into Family Coaching.
