The heart of Key Coaching, one on one sessions are tailored to each individual and their personal needs. Clients will complete a self assessment prior to the first session, providing insight into his/her areas of strength and challenge. Subsequent sessions will be purposefully designed to unlock what’s possible for the unique desires of every individual.
—After completing the Foundations Package, teens are often ready to delve into what’s next:
Identifying and going to work on the limiting beliefs they’ve developed over time
Tackling areas that cause anxiety (social, test, school, etc) and developing strategies to manage and impact those areas
Working on making and maintaining friendships, transition planning (middle - high school; high school - college/working), or managing emotions
